Mario exhibited in Newcastle at Von Bertouch’s gallery in Cooks Hill. Mario displayed talent from an early age and </span><span style="font-size: small;">when asked why he painted Mario's response was</span><span lang="EN-AU">&nbsp; <i>“I paint because I have to paint. I have no choice really</i>”</span></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />This exhibition of the paintings of the late <b>MARIO ERMER </b>will be held at Newcastle Art Space to commemorate his contribution to the art world of the Newcastle region. <br />From early on Mario was a keen environmentalist and had a deep respect for the natural world.
